Licensed Site Remediation Professional (LSRP) Services
In 2009, the Site Remediation Reform Act (SRRA) established the Licensed Site Remediation Professional (LSRP) program, which stipulated that responsible parties must hire an LSRP oversee the conduct necessary investigation and remediation of contaminated sites. Under SRRA LSRPs work with responsible parties to submit forms and reports as project milestones are reached. When a project is completed in accordance with New Jersey’s statutes and DEP’s standards, the LSRP will issue a Response Action Outcome (RAO), which triggers the DEP to issue a No Further Action letter.
Our LSRPs can help you to determine and effective remediation plan for your site. We can assist with several different project types, including:
- Phase I & II Environmental Site Assessments
- Preliminary Assessments
- Industrial Site Recovery Act Services
- Soil & Groundwater Remediation
- Brownfield Redevelopment
- Storage Tank Removal & Closure
- Groundwater & Soil Sampling
- Interaction with Regulatory Agencies / Reporting
